the noise from the lobby was really loud at night. but the staff was friendly, the lobby had beautiful waterfalls, and the beds were really comfy. the bar had great drink options too.

However, the service during breakfast was disappointing. our orders were consistently incorrect and the staff seemed inattentive. Additionally, our requests for basic items were neglected, which greatly impacted our dining experience. Only sweet rolls at the buffet stood out positively in an otherwise unsatisfactory meal.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, fitness center, and indoor pool. The staff once helped me print my tickets, which I remember fondly. Try the Old Fashioned at the bar—absolutely fantastic! I'm coming back next year.

Nightmare stay!

Found a blood stain on the sofa bed and the bathroom door was like a peep show! They treated us like kids, yelling at us to go to our rooms by 10 pm. Plus, you can’t even bring in food without getting kicked out. The bar area was nice, though.
